3 c flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t soda
1 t salt
3/4 c Splenda
1/4 c sugar
1-1/2 c buttermilk
2 eggs
1 or 2 c raisins
- Mix baking powder, soda, salt, Splenda, sugar, buttermilk, eggs
- Add flour, 1/3 at a time
- Fold in raisins
- Pour into/onto bread pan or cookie sheet which has been greased and floured
- Bake at 325 oF for 35 minutes
- Wrap with clean dish towel until cool
